I have always loved spending time in the wilderness. In nature I have always found peace and happiness. I could spend ages researching and observing the natural world. Some of my favourite outdoor activities include camping, backpacking, canoeing, sea kayaking, cycle touring, and snowboarding. In September 2022 I joined the two-year Outdoor Adventure program at Algonquin College. It has been an amazing experience so far. It has provided me with so much knowledge about outdoor activities, guiding adventures, managing a business, and ecology. Check out my grad portfolio here.

Another one of my passions in life is creating art. I graduated from Algonquin Collegeâs Graphic Design program. I have worked at a few design agencies and studios but have discovered that working as a freelancer is a much better fit for me. Along with freelancing I also offer custom illustrations on Etsy and have a collection of designs available on Redbubble and Society6.

I first developed a love for yoga when I was a teenager. I got a welcome offer at a local yoga studio. It was a life-changing decision. Yoga became a way for me to find comfort and calm from within my own mind and body. After frequenting the studio for a few years, one of my favourite teachers suggested I take the 200-hr hatha yoga teacher training being hosted there. I have since taken part in a 30-hr yin yoga teacher training too. I love to guide students through powerful and intentional sequences that allow them to feel grounded in their minds, bodies, and spirits.
